CANCELLATION POLICY

Delegate cancellations prior to June 4th, 2010 would be levied a US$150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date will be non-refundable, however substitutions will be facilitated at no extra charge.

Please Note: Cancellation of Hotel accomadations will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Sheraton Nassau Beach Hotel. Please inquire at the time of booking.
